§ 206-28. Penalties for offenses.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $125 and not to exceed $250 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
