§ 3-5. Taxes to be levied on Towns' assessment rolls.

On or after the effective date of this chapter, taxes in the Village of Medina shall be levied on a copy of the applicable part of the assessment rolls of the Towns of Ridgeway and Shelby, with the taxable status dates of such Towns controlling for Village purposes.
